Testosterone Deficiency Syndrome (TDS)

The main method of diagnosing testosterone deficiency is by checking the characteristic symptoms that are present in nearly every case.

The independently validated AMS questionnaire- available to complete on this site- is used internationally by doctors in the diagnosis and monitoring of the condition.

The self-test questionnaire is quick, confidential, and anonymous. Your total score will be calculated automatically. If testosterone deficiency is suggested- an appointment can be made for a full clinical assessment at one of our UK centres.

Testosterone Treatment

Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) has been shown to be highly effective in relieving the symptoms of testosterone deficiency- restoring energy, health and sex drive.

TRT is usually given by testosterone gel, cream or long acting injections.

Following the initial consultation and diagnosis, detailed clinical examinations need to be carried out at 3-6 month intervals to monitor the treatment's effectiveness. Full hormonal, biochemical, haematological and urinary profiles are performed at each follow up visit.

Please contact us for more information about testosterone deficiency and to book an appointment.
