The Midlife Mentors

The Midlife Mentors started life as a podcast which was born out of seeing so many clients in the 35 to 65 age range arrive at our retreats with similar issues and life concerns. We realised that we had the tools through our background in psychology, coaching, physical training, nutrition and hormone health that could help people make a positive difference to their lives, so we started talking about them.

From there we developed a programme we could take people through that was fully integrated: not just about diet and exercise, but about understanding what was going on with their hormones, knowing how to work with them, addressing the changes in psychology and mindset that can occur with ageing, have accountability and start seeing midlife as a time of positive transformation rather than a crisis.

Today we offer transformational group coaching programmes, one to one coaching and corporate programmes and workshops.

Who are The Midlife Mentors?

James Davis is a coaching psychologist and one half of the husband and wife team behind multi-award winning coaching and fitness company 38 Degrees North and The Midlife Mentors. The couple are highly regarded as leading experts in midlife health and happiness.

Claire and James – AKA The Midlife Mentors – are also co-authors of a bestselling book, public speakers and feature regularly in national press.

The couple have hosted a highly successful wellness podcast The Midlife Mentors since 2019 which is now in the top 1.5% of podcasts globally. The aim of the podcast is to lift the lid on their no-nonsense approach to thriving over 40 – in body, mind and soul.

Science-based approach

Their science-based approach makes use of their experience in psychology, NLP, stress management, personal training, nutrition and life/business coaching. They’re also hormone specialists and Level 1 certified by the International Menopause Society.

Over a career spanning a decade James and Claire have trained thousands of clients and they are incredibly passionate about offering an anti-fad approach to the health and wellness narrative. What we offer
